The start !!!!

Hmmm............

I won't forget that date 26th May 2008, as I had been detected positive for Crohn's infection.

I almost went into a shock after knowing that I was infected by a disease that was treatable and not curable (i.e. Crohn's).

Actually I think that I was not to be blamed for the reaction given by me at that moment because What else could you expect from a 18 yrs. old teenage guy to react ?

I was mentally disturbed as well as physically not due to the illness but for the sheer fact that I won't be able to eat all the spicy and junk food that a normal teenager tends to eat.

Food being my second important thing in my disrupted life after Sleep.

I always loved food to the extreme. Normally ,people "Eat to live and survive but I lived to Eat".

To many people the above sentence makes no difference but to me it was a Life or Death situation.

I loved food to its core ,while eating i don't just open my mouth and gulp things down but I would take in the aroma ,let it fill in my taste buds and then have a bite of that godly food just as a wine connoisseur tastes a glass of heavenly vintage wine.
